This Data Security Acknowledgment (“Acknowledgment”) is entered into by and between Auradon Solutions, LLC (“Auradon”) and the undersigned client organization (“Client”). By signing this Acknowledgment, Client confirms understanding of and agreement to the following:

• Auradon transmits background screening reports and related information using commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality and integrity of consumer data.

• Once a report is delivered to Client, Client assumes sole responsibility for safeguarding the report and any associated information within its own systems, networks, and facilities.

• Client agrees to implement appropriate security measures, including access restrictions, password protections, user permissions, and proper storage, retention, and destruction procedures, consistent with applicable law and industry standards.

• Client acknowledges that Auradon is not responsible for any breach, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or other security incident that occurs at Client’s site, systems, or networks after delivery of a report.

• Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Auradon from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of Client’s failure to adequately secure or properly handle consumer data once delivered.
