This Permissible Purpose Certification (“Certification”) is entered into by and between Auradon Solutions, LLC (“Auradon”) and the undersigned client organization (“Client”). By signing this Certification, Client acknowledges and agrees as follows:

• Client certifies that all consumer reports obtained through Auradon will be used strictly for employment purposes in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state laws.

• Client shall provide each applicant or employee with the legally required Disclosure and shall obtain a signed Authorization prior to requesting any background check from Auradon.

• Client shall comply with all FCRA-mandated adverse action procedures, including providing the applicant with a pre-adverse action notice, a copy of the report, and the Summary of Rights under the FCRA before taking any adverse employment action based on a consumer report.

• Client agrees not to request or use consumer reports for any purpose that is prohibited by law, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or personal use unrelated to employment decisions.

• Client acknowledges that Auradon has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, Client’s compliance with the FCRA, state, or local laws once reports are delivered.
